Robert is the founder of The Knight and he brings a solid background of finance, administration and property management to the company. Since 1995 he has reinvented business practices to keep up with the constantly evolving property market.
His main focus at The Knight is to cultivate a supportive work environment where the staff can deliver knowledgeable practices effectively to all clients.
Post University, Gregor chose to follow in his parent’s footsteps by taking on an administrative support role at The Knight to give him an authentic understanding of the industry.
For the last five years Gregor has been have managing numerous large-scale apartment building as an Owners Corporation Manager.
As his experience and roles evolved Gregor has helped The Knight’s stance within the industry by taking on a Business Development Role. This new pathway ensured future growth for the company.
Melissa De Silva-Jayasekera
Melissa joined The Knight in 2007 as an office trainee where she developed the skills and knowledge required within the industry to rapidly become an Owners Corporation Manager’s Assistant.
Today, Melissa is Robert Evans’ Executive Assistant as she has the experience and skills required to address any issue, as her main focus is to share her vast knowledge about the industry with all clients and her colleagues.

Joyce has been with The Knight since inception and has adapted with ease to the increasing complexities that Owners Corporation Management have presented.
With a background in health and management her transferable skills have been directed to developing strong staff relationships. Solution driven by nature, Joyce is constantly improving operational systems, which keep her growing in this challenging industry.
Scott began working with The Knight in January 2012 and has steadily progressed to the position of Client Services Manager.
With over 6 years of customer support within industries ranging from retail, services, and health promotion he now directs his professional background into his current role.
Business Project Manager
Tony has 15 years within the property industry and 11 of those years have been within the Owners Corporation Management sector. His most standout professional accomplishment is having worked in the Middle East where he was responsible for developing and establishing Owners Corporations in the Sultanate of Oman.
Tony is well versed in working with cultural diversity, which allows for him to efficiently evaluate client’s needs promptly and swiftly.

Melody Dardovski has been working successfully in the Owners Corporation industry for 11 years.
Melody has worked for leading Australian OC companies as an Owners Corporation Manager and Team Leader. Her area of expertise is in the management of larger scale Owners Corporations.
Melody has completed studies in Marketing and Business Management and is currently undertaking her MBA in this field.
