The Knight Alliance consists of 25 staff members all of whom play a key role in the management of a quality property portfolio.
Our team is qualified and skilled in accounting, secretarial, administration, human resources, occupational health & safety, mediation and customer service.
Notwithstanding the above, we actively encourage and support all staff members to broaden their skills and personal development through external training to ensure that they are ‘up to date’ with their progressive learning.
Each Property Manager has a support team including an Assistant Manager and an Accounts Assistant. This ensures that each Property Manager is able to support you promptly and effectively.

I’m parochially Melbourne and enjoy and consume its diversity.
Apart from my personal relationships I like nothing better than exercising my two border collies at Elizabeth Cove, Phillip Island.
On my return from Europe I chose to follow in my parent’s footsteps and commenced working at The Knight Alliance in an administrative support role.
I soon progressed and for the past 4 years or so I have been an Owners Corporation Manager, managing a number of large scale apartment buildings.
I am excited for the future of The Knight Alliance and am helping to further develop The Knight Alliance’s standing in the Owners Corporation industry by developing my own skills in business development and marketing.
Outside of work I enjoy heading to Melbourne’s many sporting events, modern design and taking weekend road trips away with friends to explore provincial Victoria and beyond.
Having a background in health and management I have been able to use my experience and skills to develop strong administrative systems, promote staff and team development and oversee the general running of the TKA office.
I enjoy working with people, finding solutions to issues and improving systems.
In my spare time I like to read, dragon boat, garden and relax with a nice glass of wine.
OC Management Team
I have over 13 years’ experience within the property industry, 10 of which as a Body Corporate Manager/Community Manager/Owners Corporation Manager. I joined the Knight Alliance in early 2014 after returning from working in the Middle East where I was responsible for developing and establishing Owners Corporations in the Sultanate of Oman which included a significant community educational role.
My Owners Corporation experience encompasses working in Queensland, Victoria and the Middle East which allows me to bring a variety of approaches to solving problematic situations. In addition I have extensive experience in dealing with Facilities Management matters and providing cost effective solutions to Committees.
I have experience in dealing with clients from a multitude of backgrounds which allows me to efficiently evaluate the client’s needs and provide a swift response.
Outside of work I enjoy photography and travelling to remote regions of the world and experiencing different cultures.
I have a diplomatic nature which is a useful skill when dealing with the different personalities that make up an Owners Corporation. I enjoy my work and appreciate the support The Knight Alliance provides.
I am an authorised Civil Celebrant; a part time duty that I consider an important community role and which The Knight Alliance supports.
Outside of my work I enjoy cooking, cycling, boating and history and as a member of the MCC & VRC I also enjoy AFL, Cricket and horse racing.
After completing my traineeship, I had the opportunity to become an Owners Corporation Manager’s Assistant; and assist a team of Owners Corporation Manager’s with their diverse range of portfolios.
My main focus is to continue to add to my skill set and to be able to assist clients to the best of my ability.
Outside of work I enjoy catching up with friends and going to the football.
In my role at the Knight Alliance as an OC Managers Assistant, I have a keen enthusiasm for Administration systems and pride myself on attention to detail, customer service, listening to and understanding client concerns, and problem solving.
My first Body Corporate Management role was as a receptionist in Queensland in 2000. Since then I have worked in the property industry both in Australia (Queensland & NSW and now Victoria) and as a Rental and Property Manager in the UK.
I’m currently undertaking my Cert IV in Property Operations.
Outside of work I enjoy Singing A’Capella, playing the Ukulele, spending time with my dogs and discovering the culinary delights, interesting places and coffee(!!) that Melbourne has to offer!
Born into a real estate family and with property in my blood and experience to boot I can pursue my passion.
I began my real estate career with a property valuation specialist, taking the path into property management, then Owners Corporation.
Today, as an OC Manager, I draw upon my knowledge from being a property manager for more than eight years. This knowledge and expertise extends beyond the everyday to include an indepth understanding that comes with ‘lifetime’ of practical education.
My commitment to owners corporation management extends well beyond family connections. I have an approachable nature, I’m enthusiastic and have a “can do” attitude all of which are ideal attributes for a career in Owners Corporation management.
Always willing to go the extra mile, I have become known for my highly organised approach and detail-oriented processes.
Away from work, my life is still property focused and as a property investor myself, I personally understand the concerns and needs of owners and residents.
Our Administration Team
After completing my traineeship, I developed the skills and knowledge required within the industry to rapidly become an Owners Corporation Manager’s Assistant; I had the ability to assist a team of Owners Corporation Manager’s to ease their workloads and understand the requirements of the different levels of portfolios.
Over the past years, The Knight Alliance has grown in which I have also grown as I am now Robert’s Executive Assistant. I have a positive approach, innate ability to communicate with clients and skills required to resolving issues quickly and efficiently; to the satisfaction of all concerned.
My main focus is to share my knowledge about the industry with Clients just the same way as that knowledge was shared with me by The Knight Alliance.
Outside of work I enjoy catching up with friends, dancing and exploring the hidden secrets of Melbourne.
After graduating I worked in a customer support role within a Health Club in Edinburgh.
In 2011, I left Scotland behind to try something new in Australia. After a year of travelling, I began working for The Knight in January 2012 and have since progressed to the position of Client Services Manager.
With over 6 years of customer support experience in industries such as retail, services, and health promotion, I look forward to the challenge of working in a new environment whilst adding to my range of skills.
In my spare time, I enjoy cycling and golf, and attending the many different sporting events around Melbourne.
